Adventures are the best ways to learn!
Moving away from your closest friends and family can be challenging, hard and difficult. Sometimes, you feel totally alone, you don't have the right people around you, you don't feel comfortable in the new environments & cultures, and you just feel that you are in the wrong place. At the same time, you might feel helpless, lonely and empty , -BUT these feelings are always a part of the learning curve you´re experiencing throughout your life. Making decisions on whether to stay positive & and keep trying to find the right way, or hide away from everything and everyone are up to yourself. I think being alone will teach you so much about yourself, and how you'll handle different situations. Both negative & positive. I believe that for some tiny moments in life, I think we've all been there and felt isolated from the world around. If you are a person who like having many friends around you all the time, it's vital to always be open-minded about people and to show interest in others. Everybody 's different and have separate traits, so being able to accept and adapt is a great start. Also not being judgemental may help to avoid getting the wrong perception of a person, -who knows? Maybe (s)he has something you are looking for, which you didn't even realize?
What I 've learned from my adventures abroad is that you are actually able to do so much more than you had ever thought, and by thinking outside the box you will achieve a lot more. Being interested in different kind of people, (and not always spend your time with a "similar" person as yourself) will provide you with a different mindset, an understanding of diverse cultures & meanings, and another impression of the world. The most important thing travelling has thought me is, by experiencing so many perspectives on life, failure will always happen, but instead of avoiding it, I will try to learn from it. Don't let a fear keep you from trying something new. You'll never get anywhere if you don't try. And also, don't change so people will like you. Be yourself and the right people will love you.
