Hey everyone, ❥ I can't believe it's already two and a half years ago since I lived in Cambridge and met my first international amazing friends when studying at EF Language School. Since then, I haven't seen many of them in a while, but miss them so much... So to all of you out there, hope to see you soon! Buuut, this weekend Marieke, a friend from The Netherlands that I met in Cambridge, came to visit me in Amster and we had so much fun. It was soo great to see her again, and we had an awesome time!
❥ We walked around in the city, looked at the beautiful buildings, cafées, shops and canals. Sadly, it was veery cold, soo we bought coffee to keep ourselves warm and ate at Coffee & Coconuts for brunch. Then in the evening, we met up with a few of my friends and ate dinner at Café George, and I tried a new drink - Bellini, sooo YUM! On Sunday, we woke up early and had breakfast at The Avocado Show and it was so delicious, mhmm ღ
AND I FOUND CANDY (similar to Norwegian candy, yeeey)
❥ I also showed her The Red Light District, which I've written about a few times now... haha. Then we were supposed to see Sinterklaas (Santa Claus) in Holland, but we didn't. I will for sure see him later this week, and the curious children make me feel so happy, haha. We then met her mum, and had lunch with her at Pluk, which was so nice!
